Retired Police Sergeant with over 28 years of police service and experience.  Retired from the City of Lansing Police Department (Lansing, Michigan) in 2021.  Supervised the Police Department's Traffic Division and Traffic Crash Reconstruction Team and has over 14 years of active Traffic Crash Reconstruction experience.  Investigated and reconstructed hundreds of major crashes, as well as investigated thousands of minor crashes throughout his career. Certified as an Expert Witness in Traffic Crash Reconstruction and is an Active Member of the Michigan Association of Traffic Accident Investigators (MATAI).
