FEE SCHEDULE

Case Review / Analysis:  $500.00 (non-refundable) To be submitted with initial case information.

Reconstruction Retainer Fee:  $1000.00 (non-refundable) Fee must be submit prior to reconstruction work being initiated, hourly rate is billed against retainer.  

Hourly Rate: $150.00/hour * Including, but not limited to case review, travel, meetings, site visits, vehicle inspections, photo interpretations, telephone calls, interviews, photography, reconstruction, and EDR analysis.

Travel /Expenses * all related expenses such as travel, milage (current IRS allowable rate), phone bills, FAX charges, document shipping, film and photo processing, photocopies, supplies, services of assistants and vendors.

Deposition/Trial:  $200/hour (four-hour minimum appearance fee = $800)

If the deposition or trial is cancelled or continued on the day scheduled for appearance a charge of 2 hours ($400.00) will be applied and the balance returned.

Billing Terms:  30 Days 

All accounts past 30 days overdue are subject to an interest charge of 1.5%, plus an additional invoice processing fee of $37.50 being added.  Further work on case will cease until payment resolved.
